- We manufacture our products ourselves on site and we source our products from local suppliers.
- We focus our recycling efforts on the packaging and distribution of our products through the use of packaging materials of plant origin, 100% recyclable and biodegradable (containers, lunch boxes, trays), or even oxodegradable ( utensils).
- Our delivery service is provided using one of the most efficient and energy-efficient vehicles in its class.
- Our reintegration program promotes the creation of sustainable jobs.
Urban vegetable garden
- In order to enrich the Chef's PART training program and serve our customers with high quality products, we took the initiative, in collaboration with Les shoots Urbaines , to build an urban vegetable garden. Since then, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes and herbs and many other vegetables have grown there in abundance.
- Organic, local, healthy and crunchy, our vegetables are now found on our customers' plates every lunchtime.
